The Authority is committed to:-

• operate effective on-shore and marine safety management systems.

• improve, manage and maintain harbour infrastructure and facilities.

• dredge harbour entrances, provide safe berths and maintain navigation aids.

• provide on shore services where appropriate and on a cost effective basis.

• plan, procure and effectively deliver capital and maintenance works projects.

• enforce and update Bye-Laws.
