Corporate and Business Plans

The Authority's Business Plan is updated annually and is based on the strategic objectives detailed in the Corporate Plan.

The Authority’s Corporate Plan is currently being updated. The Board has reviewed and agreed the Mission Statement, Aim and Corporate Objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) have been agreed with DARD. The updated Corporate Plan, which will cover the period 2009-2012 is expected to be finalised in 2009/10. This Business Plan is based on the updated Corporate Objectives.
